jOB AIDS & How-Tos
One of my priorities as an instructional designer is to capture simple or complex procedures within a job aid for adult learners. Capturing important details from a process and conveying them in simple, clear steps is essential to developing successful materials. I have cheat sheets, memory joggers, one-pagers, performance support tools, direction lists, and other how-tos to assist others in completing tasks or meeting objectives.
I'm happy to design anything to reduce avoidable mistakes and ease the cognitive load for others in the workplace.
